PaiX Navigator connects you to 130,000+ public and proprietary patient cases across 60+ countries, spanning pathology, radiology, omics and clinical metadata. You ask questions in natural language and get population- and disease-level answers, or request the underlying cohort as a license.

No. PaiX Navigator is built for natural language queries, so you ask questions the way you'd ask a colleague, no coding or data science background required.

You can ask population- and disease-level questions about your cohort, anything from incidence and subgroup signal to biomarker prevalence and treatment patterns, then use the answers for research, marketing, R&D, or business development.

PaiX Navigator offers a wide range of chart types, including bar and stacked bar plots, histograms, box and violin plots, pie plots, scatter plots, heatmaps, radar plots, parallel categories plots, SPLOMs, and survival curve plots.

Statistics and the corresponding plot values are computed via R.

Yes. The plots are generated by R code and grounded in real-world data, so they can be used in research publications. As the plots are generated on data delivered by us, PAICON must be cited correctly.

Yes. The Navigator offers two main ways to export data: in Data Request you can request and download a custom cohort, and in Data Insight you can save your query result tables as CSV files.

We build it to order. Describe the disease, cohort size, modality, geography, ancestry or biomarker you need, and we scope it across the datalake and our hospital and academic partner network in 60+ countries.

Cohorts are licensed annually, scoped to your study or program, with consent and provenance attached. Depending on the agreement, a buyout option after 1-2 years transfers long-term rights to the cohort to you.

We continuously benchmark and select the best-performing models from EU and US providers. Please contact us to discuss a local deployment.

No. Access to the Navigator is managed separately from Claude and Codex subscriptions.

You retain ownership of your input prompts and the outputs generated from them. PAICON retains a license to use that content to improve its services.

You choose. Work entirely inside PaiX Navigator with agentic discovery and analysis, so nothing has to leave the platform. Or, if your pipeline needs the data locally, request a cohort export: it is delivered as an audited, version-controlled package. Either way, only de-identified data is ever involved.

Yes. De-identification runs at the partner institution, before any data leaves their environment. PaiX Navigator hosts de-identified metadata only. Our system also double-checks the robustness of the de-identification.

Every dataset is GDPR-compliant, with consent lineage, audit-ready provenance and bias-stratified performance attached. Federated, never-leaves-the-clinic setups are available for contributing partners.

We take cross-border data regulations seriously and structure our partnerships to comply with them. PAICON only hosts de-identified metadata from our partners on PaiX Navigator, and we work within the applicable data protection and cross-border transfer requirements relevant to each partner's jurisdiction. PaiX Navigator reduces AI data bias by aggregating diverse patient data across 60+ countries, covering varied ancestries, slides, and lab protocols. To protect privacy, software installed directly at local hospitals removes personal details on-site, so raw patient data never has to cross borders.

PAICON maps extracted pathology metadata against ICD-10, ICD-O-3 topography and morphology, and OncoTree. The reference tables are versioned, so any dataset can be reproduced against the exact terminology version used. Values that cannot be confidently mapped are selected for expert review.

No. SatSight Dx supports many major scanner brands, as well as all formats supported by the OpenSlide library, with one exception (.mrxs). If you'd like to confirm compatibility with your specific setup, reach out to our team.
