PAICON participated in DMEA 2025 in Berlin, one of Europe’s leading digital health events, showcasing our commitment to transforming real-world, genetically and technologically diverse cancer data into robust AI models for diagnostics, drug development, and clinical research.

Over the course of three inspiring days, the PAICON team was represented by our CEO and co-founder Dr. Manasi A-Ratnaparkhe, who delivered our Nova Award pitch, alongside COO Danny Quick, Quality Manager Yuliya Kucherenko, and Senior Data Manager Myroslav Zapukhlyak. Together, they welcomed visitors from the pharmaceutical, healthcare, tech, and research sectors from around the globe. Conversations sparked exciting ideas about how AI can truly serve everyone, not just a privileged few. A heartfelt thank you to all the visitors who stopped by to explore collaboration opportunities. Your openness and shared drive to build better data and AI solutions inspire us to push even further.

DMEA Nova Award: A Moment of Recognition

A defining highlight of DMEA was winning the prestigious DMEA Nova Award, one of Europe’s top recognitions in digital healthcare innovation.

Our CEO and co-founder, Dr. Manasi A-Ratnaparkhe, delivered an standout pitch that captured both the jury’s and the audience’s hearts. Her message was clear and urgent: 84% of the world’s population remains invisible to cancer AI today. At PAICON, we believe data diversity is not optional, but it’s essential for creating AI that genuinely works for all.

“Manasi doesn’t just pitch — she inspires. Her vision becomes the audience’s vision. Amid the current AI craze, she challenged the status quo and offered a fresh perspective on what AI can and should be.”

Winning the Nova Award was especially meaningful, not only because a distinguished jury recognized our vision, but because the public voted for us too. This public vote sends a powerful signal: people are ready to demand inclusive, equitable healthcare innovation.

At a record-breaking DMEA with 20,500 visitors, 900 exhibitors from nearly 30 countries, and 470 speakers across 200 sessions, standing out was no small feat. We are incredibly honored to have our mission recognized on this influential stage.
